The information contained in this Agreement outlines the terms between HempLucid and the approved Reseller. Violation of any of the Terms & Conditions below may result in immediate suspension or termination of your HempLucid wholesale account.
Due to the evolving regulatory landscape of the hemp industry, all policies, procedures, and pricing structures are subject to change without notice. This includes (but is not limited to) shipping protocols, product availability, and payment options. Changes may occur at HempLucid’s sole discretion.
HempLucid assumes no responsibility for changes in local, state, or federal law that may affect a reseller’s ability to carry, market, or sell hemp-derived products.
Resellers agree not to make any unapproved or unverified claims about HempLucid products, hemp extracts, or cannabinoids. In accordance with federal regulations, HempLucid does not make medical claims and does not state that its products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
HempLucid makes no express or implied warranties concerning the merchantability or fitness of its products for any particular purpose. The Reseller agrees to accept all liability for any misuse or unauthorized marketing of products.
No alterations may be made to HempLucid product packaging, labels, or branding materials without prior written approval.
Resellers may not use HempLucid’s name, branding, logos, or likeness in domain names, URLs, or website headers without explicit written permission.
The sale of HempLucid products on third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account termination.
Wholesale pricing is subject to change without notice. We recommend reviewing the wholesale portal regularly to ensure pricing is up-to-date.
To place a wholesale order, you must be an approved and registered reseller.
Orders may be submitted through our wholesale website or by contacting your assigned HempLucid wholesale representative.
Initial wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of $300.
HempLucid may extend net terms to qualified resellers pending credit approval. Otherwise, all orders must be paid in full by credit card, check, or ACH prior to shipment.
HempLucid is required to collect sales tax in certain states where economic nexus thresholds have been met.
To claim tax-exempt status, resellers must submit a valid resale or exemption certificate. Taxes will be collected until proper documentation is provided.
Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–3 business days. We reserve the right to split shipments or backorder products when necessary.
Unless specified otherwise, HempLucid will ship via the most cost-effective ground method (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). If you require expedited service, additional charges will apply.
Shipping delays due to weather, COVID-19, or carrier disruption are outside of HempLucid’s control. In cases of extreme delay, our team will monitor the situation and determine whether a replacement order is appropriate.
Fulfillment hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM MT, excluding federal holidays.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
Any issues or discrepancies must be reported to your Account Strategist within 5 business days. After that time, all sales are considered final.
All HempLucid products are manufactured with an 18–24 month shelf life. Wholesale orders will contain products with a minimum of 6 months remaining before the best-by date.
All products sold into the state of California must display a Proposition 65 warning label prominently on the product. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, the Reseller agrees to properly label all California-bound shipments and assumes full liability for any compliance issues.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Your data is used exclusively for professional communication and to support your wholesale relationship with HempLucid.
