It is the responsibility of the Reseller to inspect upon receipt that all merchandise delivered matches the order. An authorization from HempLucid must be obtained by the Reseller prior to the return. Without Return Authorization, HempLucid cannot guarantee a refund. An authorized return must be initiated within 5 business days upon receipt of goods. 5 business days after receipt of goods, all sales are considered final.
Returns will only be granted in the event of damaged or defective goods. All returns in this event will either be replaced or refunded to the original payment method.
Any unsold or expired product is non-refundable. Once your order is received it is the Reseller’s responsibility to check expiration dates to ensure it meets their needs.
